Live Intelligence

Live Intelligence is a multi-LLM generative AI SaaS solution designed for intelligent assistance, task automation, transcription, summarization and optimization of business use cases through conversational AI assistants and natural language processing.
It is based on a library of intelligent assistants: users can directly use the assistants in the Live Intelligence library or create their own assistants tailored to their business needs.
Each customer can connect or import their own document databases (manually) to enrich their interactions and results.
Accessible from an intuitive interface, Live Intelligence offers ready-to-use use cases for immediate productivity gains and/or improved writing quality, and enhanced situational awareness, while guaranteeing the confidentiality of your data. Live Intelligence is hosted in Europe and your data is never reused for purposes other than processing your use cases (in particular, it is never used for model training purposes).

Live Intelligence is designed for all sectors, including the public sector, and covers the vast majority of business areas.
In each of these sectors, there are many immediate applications: document analysis, summarization, writing, customer support, etc.
However, certain use cases are not permitted: legal advice, medical diagnosis, financial advice, and any processing focused on personal data.

Live Intelligence is a ready-to-use SaaS solution. It simply requires:
A web browser and a stable internet connection,
Access to the desired data sources (via API, connectors, or manual import),
And, depending on requirements, integration into the existing information system.
Live Intelligence is operated by Orange Business, with no infrastructure to be deployed by the customer.

Live Intelligence incorporates advanced security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure confidentiality. Regular security audits are scheduled, and contractual guarantees are in place with our language model (LLM) providers regarding the non-reuse and storage of processed data.
For customers opting for the Sovereign Space, the solution is based on a platform hosted in our data centers in France, using an AI model entirely operated by Orange Business, guaranteeing total control over data. The Sovereign Space is thus isolated from extraterritorial laws such as the US Cloud Act.
The platform is fully compliant with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), the AI Act, and the European Union's Data Act.
All service calls are tracked and authenticated; access to models is authenticated and tracked by user.
Best security practices are applied: regular penetration testing, security reviews, vulnerability scans, least privilege principle, and logical data isolation.

The first step is to clearly identify your expectations, define your objectives, and prioritize your use cases.
Activation is quick and easy, taking just a few days. Customers are able to use the solution independently, but we recommend our support packages to ensure the best conditions for success.
We also advise organizing regular meetings with early adopters to ensure adoption and measure the initial benefits achieved.

We have a policy of adding new AI models every month.
As of December 2025, Live Intelligence offers a wide variety of LLMs, including models from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and LightOn. Our goal is to offer a broad and consistent range of models—large and small, specialized and general-purpose—to effectively cover different professions and use cases.

- Data governance: ensuring that the data used is high-quality, well-structured, and relevant for AI use.
- Regulation and sovereignty: complying with the legal framework (GDPR, AI Act, etc.) and choosing a compliant infrastructure (hosting in Europe, access control).
- Security and control of use: limit the risks of leaks or uncontrolled use (Shadow AI), guarantee confidentiality, and avoid algorithmic bias.
- Adoption and acculturation of teams: users must be trained in best practices (e.g., formulating prompts, interpreting results) to take full advantage of AI.

Yes. You can integrate your document repositories or internal databases into Live Intelligence via connectors (e.g., SharePoint) or API.
The data integrated in this way enriches your assistants and enables contextualized analysis.

No technical skills are required to use Live Intelligence. However, awareness of best practices is recommended in order to formulate queries effectively and interpret the results.
Our Discovery package includes training, and our support packages provide long-term follow-up to help your teams develop their skills (use and administration of the solution).

The pricing model is per user, with a flat-rate option that also allows for customization of usage volumes.
There are no activation or deployment costs, and pricing starts at €180 per month for 10 users.
For larger organizations (>100 users), customized terms can be offered based on projected usage volumes and your support needs.
