Evolution in Orange Business’ leadership team

Aliette Mousnier-Lompré, Chief Executive Officer of Orange Business, has announced two new appointments in her leadership team. These changes will accelerate Orange Business’ transformation, consolidating the company’s value proposition and better supporting its customers in their digital transformation.

Wassila Zitoune-Dumontet Wassila Zitoune-Dumontet is appointed Chief Operating Officer. She will be responsible for all customer operations and services of Orange Business. Wassila will make customer satisfaction one of her priorities and engage the teams that design, build and operate Orange Business solutions to put operational excellence and trust of our customers at the heart of her missions. She succeeds Aliette Mousnier-Lompré, who is now Chief Executive Officer. Wassila holds a master's degree in marketing from HEC Paris and a civil engineering degree from the Ecole Polytechnique of Alger. She has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications sector and previously served as Chief Marketing & Digital Officer at Orange Business.

Laurent Aufils Laurent Aufils is appointed Head of Human Resources and Employee Experience. Laurent will focus on developing a differentiating employee value proposition, focusing on diversity and skills evolution, attracting new talents and developing a motivating employee experience. Laurent has graduate degrees from Bentley University, HEC, UC Berkeley and NEOMA Business School. He will retain his position as Director of Transformation until the appointment of a successor. He succeeds Mechtild Walser-Ertel in the Human Resources Department who has left Orange Business.
