Orange Business was named a "Major Player" in the IDC MarketScape: Asia/Pacific Managed Cloud Services 2024-2025 Vendor Assessment, which examined 18 vendors in the highly competitive Asia/Pacific market. The report highlighted the following key strengths of Orange Business:

- High customer satisfaction for Orange Business' ability to support compliance with existing and new regulations, effective global-local delivery mix, and edge-to-cloud environments
