What should I do if my user account has been deactivated?
Account inactivity leads to deactivation
My Service Space accounts are automatically disabled after 6 months without any activity on the portal.
If this is your case, please contact your Orange Business Account Manager or Customer Service Manager to reactivate your account, else call the help desk. Your contact details are available in the Service Commencement Notification (SDN) document.
The following information is required to reactivate your account:
- Login
- Email address
- Last name
- First name
