As part of France Telecom, Orange Business Services is fortunate to benefit from a strong corporate vision. In 2005 France Telecom announced its New Experience in Telecommunications (NExT) strategy, built around the rapid development of integrated offerings and convergent services, including making Orange the international commercial brand for mobile, broadband, multiplay and the brand for all enterprise service offers.

Upon conclusion of the NExT strategy, France Telecom annouced the Orange 2012 plan, which builds upon the success of the Group's strategy and applies new action plans in order to achieve an ambitious objective for organic cash flow generation. The plan's priorities are focused around simplicity, agility and sustainable performance.

Innovation is at the heart of everything we do at Orange Business Services. Our customers benefit from the work of our network of Orange Labs, which produces around 500 patents a year. Many of our commercial successes have been devised in Orange Labs, including Business Everywhere, Unik and Livebox.
